🔧 KEY REQUIREMENTS

✅ bachelor's degree in engineering.
✅ Minimum 8 years of experience in Quality Control and Quality Assurance.
✅ Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, quality standards, and inspection processes.
✅ Experience in quality inspections, testing, and evaluation of materials, products, and equipment.
✅ Knowledge of preventive and corrective actions and continuous quality improvement.
✅ Ability to identify quality issues, analyze problems, and recommend effective solutions.
✅ Experience in preparing quality reports, inspection reports, and technical documentation.
✅ Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
✅ Experience in maintenance and operations projects is preferred.
✅ Immediate joiners preferred.

🛠️ JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

🔹 Implement and supervise all Quality Control and Quality Assurance activities at project sites.
🔹 Ensure compliance with approved quality standards, specifications, and procedures.
🔹 Conduct regular inspections and testing of materials, products, equipment, and operational activities.
🔹 Analyze inspection results, identify quality issues, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
🔹 Monitor quality procedures throughout maintenance and operational activities.
🔹 Prepare and submit quality inspection reports, testing reports, and technical recommendations.
🔹 Supervise and guide engineers, supervisors, technicians, and workers on quality requirements.
🔹 Ensure compliance with applicable Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards.
🔹 Coordinate with different project teams to improve quality performance and operational efficiency.
🔹 Maintain and organize quality records, technical documents, and project files.
