Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Gym Supervisor to oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and service quality of a corporate gym facility in Jeddah. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising gym activities, ensuring all fitness equipment is safe and operational, coordinating maintenance and spare parts replacements, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer service.

The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of gym equipment, strong supervisory skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with clients, maintenance technicians, and the head office.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise the day-to-day operations of the gym and ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Monitor the condition and performance of cardio and strength-training equipment, including treadmills, exercise bikes, and other fitness machines.
- Identify equipment faults, coordinate maintenance activities, and follow up with technicians and suppliers to ensure timely resolution.
- Inspect maintenance work and verify that repairs and spare parts replacements meet the required standards.
- Coordinate with the client to obtain the necessary approvals for maintenance work, spare parts, and equipment replacements before proceeding.
- Prepare and submit maintenance reports, equipment inspection reports, and recommendations for necessary repairs or replacements.
- Coordinate with the head office regarding maintenance requirements, supplier visits, quotations, and operational issues.
- Ensure the gym remains clean, organized, safe, and presentable at all times in coordination with the relevant support teams.
- Monitor compliance with health, safety, and gym operating procedures.
- Maintain records of equipment condition, preventive maintenance, breakdowns, and completed repairs.
- Perform other duties related to gym operations and supervision as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Fitness Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in gym supervision, fitness facility management, or gym equipment maintenance coordination.
- Good practical knowledge of cardio and strength-training equipment, including treadmills, electric bikes, and weight-training machines.
- Experience coordinating with maintenance technicians, equipment suppliers, and spare parts vendors.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and spoken English and Arabic.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office for preparing reports and maintaining records.
