HOUSING & TRANSPORTATION: 35% of basic

>>Qualifications and Experience:

‒ Bachelors in mechanical engineering (for engineers) / Diploma in required field (Estimators)
‒ Minimum 5 years of related experience, gulf experience will be preferred


>>>Competencies

‒ Knowledge of Project Management Tools (Primavera, MS Project)
‒ Project Estimation & Management Concepts.
‒ Knowledge of outsourcing best practices.
‒ MS Office / Excel
