Description

We are seeking an experienced Collection & Credit Controller for our glass industry.

• Review customers' credit worthiness and evaluate credit requests based on applicable credit ratings, standards and requirements
• Releasing work orders on daily basis after performing credit review for credit customers and liaising closely with customers for regulating deviations from applicable credit terms Perform exhaustive review for credit customers on quarterly basis
• Review payment issues related to clearance of held finished goods for customers
• Ensure customers pay on time and chase any overdue invoices. Visit customers for collection of outstanding balances all over kingdom.
• Collect security instruments from clients in the form of chamber attested credit applications, promissory notes or postdated cheques (PDCs)
• Letter of Credits (LCS) follow up with the banks for maturity dates & with customers for counter signatures on commercial invoices
LCS negotiations with the banks and track up for any related discrepancies Assign collection tasks to debt Collector
Follow up legal cases with Lawyer and General Manager
Special Projects - Supervise procurement procedures and ensuring actual procurement costs stay within the estimated budgets
• Special Projects Commercial evaluation of subcontractors which are required for performing installation works
• Special Projects - Make site visits to evaluate work progress for supply & installation projects Special Projects - Review of monthly special projects invoicing and follow up for collections from customers based on contractual terms & conditions.
Transferable iqama is must.
