We're opening a cozy tea tiffin restaurant in khobar serving authentic South Indian food and Hyderabadi Irani Chai. We need one skilled, reliable chef to run the kitchen from breakfast to dinner.

๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿณ What You'll Cook

๐ŸŒ… Breakfast: Idli, Dosa (plain, masala, onion, rava), Medu Vada, Upma, Pongal, Uttapam, with fresh chutneys and sambar

โ˜€๏ธ Lunch: Full South Indian Meals (rice, sambar, rasam, poriyal, kootu, curd, papad, pickle), plus Biryani and curries

๐ŸŒ™ Dinner: Parotta, Chapati, Dosa varieties, Chicken, Mutton and Veg curries, and Chef's Specials



โ˜• All Day: Irani Chai and light snacks

โœ… Requirements
โœ”๏ธ Currently in Saudi Arabia with a valid, transferable Iqama
โœ”๏ธ Minimum 2 to 5 years of proven experience in South Indian cooking
โœ”๏ธ Must know how to make real Hyderabadi Irani Chai
โœ”๏ธ Able to handle all 3 meals daily
โœ”๏ธ Good hygiene, kitchen discipline and food safety awareness
โญ Bonus: Experience setting up a new kitchen or menu
