Job Summary: To oversee and execute all human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, training, and policy implementation.

Major Responsibilities:
Support the HR Manager in routine HR operations
Coordinate talent acquisition activities - Sourcing, organizing interviews and onboarding
Monitor employee attendance, leave management, and workforce records
Handle employee relations matters and support conflict resolution initiatives
Assist in performance management, employee development, and succession planning processes
Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company regulations, and HR best practices
Support payroll processing and benefits administration by providing accurate employee data
Prepare HR reports, analytics, and presentations for management review
Foster a positive workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives.
Qualification: Preferably Masters in HR / Bachelors in HR
10 years of progressive HR experience, minimum 2 years in supervisory role. Minimum 5 years in construction industry and oil and gas experience in highly desirabl
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and employee relations practices
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
