*Responsibilities*

1. Lead Generation

* Generate qualified leads for the Saudi Arabia and Bahrain markets.
* Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
* Manage Google Ads campaigns.
* Create and manage lead forms and landing pages.
* Generate leads through WhatsApp marketing.
* Maintain and update the lead database.
* Monitor and optimize campaign performance.
* Track lead quality, conversion rates, and Cost Per Lead (CPL).
2. Social Media Management

* Manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter/X accounts.
* Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar.
* Create, schedule, and publish posts, Reels, Stories, and short-form videos.
* Manage audience engagement and community interactions.
* Monitor social media growth and performance.
* Develop strategies to increase reach, engagement, followers, and leads.
* Manage Twitter/X content, posts, hashtags, trends, and audience engagement.
* Monitor relevant industry trends and conversations on Twitter/X.

3. Video Editing

* Edit Instagram Reels and TikTok videos.
* Create promotional and marketing videos.
* Produce company and service-related videos.
* Add captions, subtitles, transitions, and effects.
* Create short-form marketing content.
* Produce basic motion graphics and animated content.

4. Graphic Design

* Design social media posts and creative advertisements.
* Create banners, flyers, brochures, and promotional materials.
* Create company presentations and marketing materials.
* Design content using Canva, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
* Maintain consistent brand identity across all marketing materials.

5. Website Development

* Develop and manage WordPress websites.
* Create and optimize landing pages.
* Update and maintain website content.
* Have basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
* Work with Elementor and WooCommerce.
* Ensure websites are mobile-responsive.
* Improve website speed, performance, and basic SEO.
* Troubleshoot basic website issues.

6. E-Commerce Management

* Develop and manage e-commerce websites and online stores.
* Manage Shopify and WooCommerce stores.
* Add, update, and optimize product listings.
* Manage product descriptions, images, pricing, and categories.
* Manage inventory and product availability.
* Set up and manage payment gateways and shipping options.
* Manage discount codes, offers, and promotional campaigns.
* Optimize product pages for conversions and SEO.
* Manage online orders and customer inquiries.
* Monitor sales, conversion rates, abandoned carts, and customer behavior.
* Run Meta and Google Ads for e-commerce products.
* Implement strategies to increase online sales and average order value.
* Monitor e-commerce performance and prepare sales reports.

7. SEO

* Conduct keyword research.
* Implement on-page SEO.
* Optimize Google Business Profile.
* Optimize website and product content for search engines.
* Perform basic technical SEO.
* Improve organic search visibility and rankings.
* Monitor SEO performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

8. Content Creation

* Develop ideas for Reels and short-form videos.
* Write advertising copy.
* Create engaging social media captions.
* Prepare marketing scripts.
* Write blogs and website content.
* Create service-based and product-based marketing content.
* Develop content specifically for Saudi Arabia and Bahrain target audiences.

9. Analytics & Reporting

* Manage and monitor Meta Ads Manager.
* Monitor Google Analytics.
* Monitor Google Search Console.
* Track e-commerce sales and website performance.
* Prepare weekly marketing performance reports.
* Track leads and lead quality.
* Monitor Cost Per Lead (CPL).
* Track Click-Through Rate (CTR).
* Monitor conversion rates.
* Track Return on Investment (ROI).
* Analyze campaign and sales performance.
* Recommend strategies to improve leads, sales, and overall marketing results.
