A prestigious private hospital group in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced, results-driven Telesales Specialist to join our patient relations and healthcare advisory team.

Role Overview

We are looking for a persuasive communicator to connect with prospective patients, follow up on clinical inquiries, and coordinate appointment bookings. This role bridges the gap between patient inquiries and our world-class medical services.

Key Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of telesales or medical coordination experience, specifically within a hospital, medical center, or specialized clinic.
• Demographics & Location: Female Arab National currently residing in Jeddah.
• Availability: Must be available to start immediately (transferable Iqama or valid work status preferred).
• Skills: Strong communication, emotional intelligence, and ability to handle patient inquiries with empathy while achieving corporate booking targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage outbound and inbound telesales campaigns to promote hospital health packages and clinical services.
• Convert patient inquiries from digital channels and phone leads into confirmed clinical appointments.
• Build strong rapport with patients by providing accurate information regarding medical specialties, packages, and insurance options.
• Meet daily call volumes and monthly conversion targets set by the healthcare marketing department.
