Description

Key Responsibilities
Supervise, schedule, and coach maintenance technicians and helpers
Assign, prioritize, and track work orders through completion
Develop and run preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and building systems
Manage parts inventory, tools, and maintenance budget
Select and oversee outside contractors and vendors
Enforce safety procedures (OSHA, lockout/tagout, PPE) and lead safety training
Maintain maintenance records, inspection logs, and equipment histories
Respond to emergencies and after-hours issues as needed
Recommend repairs, upgrades, or replacements with cost estimates

Qualifications:
High school diploma or graduation ; technical certificate or associate degree preferred,
5+ years of maintenance experience, including 2+ years in a lead or supervisory role
Strong knowledge of building systems and/or industrial equipment
Experience with a CMMS (computerized maintenance management system)
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Relevant licenses or certifications (e.g., HVAC/EPA 608, electrical, CFO) a plus
Valid driver's license
