POSITION: Kitchen Helper / Steward
STARTING SALARY: SAR 2,800 Live out / Full package, with 1 duty meal; plus service tip
LOCATION: Via Riyadh and Laysen Valley, Umm Al Hamam, RUH

JOB ROLE: The Kitchen Helper / Steward keeps the kitchen clean, safe and organised so the chefs can work smoothly. You wash dishes and equipment, help with simple kitchen tasks and make sure everything is ready for service.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Wash, dry and put away plates, glasses, cutlery, pots and pans.
2. Clean the kitchen floors, walls, work surfaces and equipment daily.
3. Help the chefs with simple tasks, such as washing, peeling and cutting vegetables.
4. Receive deliveries, check them and store them in the right place.
5. Remove rubbish and keep the waste and bin areas clean.
6. Follow hygiene and safety rules at all times. Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment safely.
7. Do other related tasks given by the line manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Basic education. Kitchen experience is a plus but not required. Willing to learn.
2. Basic English, a hard-working attitude and the ability to work well in a team.
3. Clean and tidy appearance, able to stand for long hours and lift heavy items, and willing to work shifts, weekends and holidays.
