**Electrical Technician – Facility Management Residential, Commercial & Industrial**

Electrical Technician with **6 years of experience in Saudi Arabia’s Facility Management sector**, providing electrical maintenance services across **residential, commercial and industrial facilities**. Experienced in **planned preventive maintenance (PPM), corrective maintenance, breakdown maintenance, emergency callouts and service requests**.

Skilled in inspection, troubleshooting and maintenance of **electrical panels, MDB, SMDB, DBs, MCBs, MCCBs, ELCB/RCCBs, contactors, relays, lighting systems, switches, sockets, floor-mounted boxes, power outlets and other electrical components**. Experienced in checking electrical faults, replacing defective lights, switches and sockets, carrying out electrical panel maintenance and ensuring electrical systems remain safe and operational.

Experienced in attending **client residential properties, commercial buildings and industrial facilities** for work orders and maintenance services, including client sites such as **Najm**. Able to work independently and coordinate with MEP teams to complete jobs efficiently while following **PPE, LOTO, work permit and electrical safety procedures**.

Strong practical experience in **electrical troubleshooting, PPM, corrective maintenance, client service, work-order completion and general Facility Management operations**.
