🚨 **URGENT HIRING – BIM MODELER**

**A Large Construction Co. in Riyadh** is looking for an experienced **BIM Modeler** to join our team on an **immediate joining** basis.

### 🔹 Position: BIM MODELER
**Experience:** 5–10 Years
**Joining:** Immediate
**Location:** Saudi Arabia
**Employment:** Full-Time

### 📌 Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, modify, and maintain accurate **BIM models using Autodesk Revit**.
- Prepare detailed **Waterproofing System BIM Models**, including all relevant layers, systems, interfaces, and construction details.
- Prepare detailed **waterproofing shop drawings** and construction details based on project specifications and approved drawings.
- Generate professional **Shop Drawings in AutoCAD and PDF directly from Revit models**.
- Prepare plans, sections, elevations, details, schedules, and other required documentation for **official shop drawing submissions**.
- Coordinate BIM models across **Architectural, Structural, MEP, and other disciplines**.
- Perform **clash detection and coordination using Navisworks** and resolve identified clashes.
- Review IFC drawings, consultant drawings, specifications, and project requirements before model development.
- Ensure BIM models comply with **project standards, BIM Execution Plans, LOD requirements, and client/consultant requirements**.
- Coordinate with engineers, designers, project teams, and site personnel to resolve technical and modeling issues.
- Incorporate **RFI, design changes, and consultant comments** into BIM models and shop drawings.
- Maintain model accuracy, naming conventions, levels, grids, families, and project standards.
- Extract required quantities, schedules, and information from BIM models when required.
- Revise and update shop drawings based on **consultant/client comments** until approval.
- Ensure drawings are suitable for **construction and site execution**.
- Maintain proper revision control and documentation of drawings/models.

### 🛠️ Required Technical Skills:

✅ **Autodesk Revit – Advanced/Professional Level**
✅ **Navisworks – Coordination & Clash Detection**
✅ **AutoCAD – Shop Drawing Preparation**
✅ BIM Coordination & Multi-Discipline Modeling
✅ Waterproofing Systems & Construction Detailing
✅ Shop Drawing Preparation & Submission
✅ Ability to read and interpret **IFC drawings, specifications and construction details**
✅ Knowledge of **LOD, BIM standards and model coordination**
✅ Strong understanding of construction methods and detailing

### 🎯 Candidate Requirements:

- **5–10 years of relevant BIM Modeling experience**.
- Proven experience in **Revit and Navisworks**.
- Previous experience preparing **waterproofing system models and shop drawings** is highly preferred.
- Experience with **consultant/client shop drawing submissions and revisions**.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight project deadlines.
- Candidates who can **join immediately** will be given preference.
- Experience in Saudi Arabia/GCC projects will be an advantage.
