Eat Better is looking for a motivated and organized HR Officer to support our growing operations in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in recruitment, employee documentation, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, and day-to-day HR administration.


Key Responsibilities:
- Handle recruitment of staff.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate hiring procedures.
- Manage employee files, Iqama, contracts, driving licences, and other documentation.
- Coordinate onboarding, joining formalities, and employee orientation.
- Follow up on sponsorship/Kafala transfer and employee status where applicable.
