We are looking for a motivated and organized Procurement Representative – Saudi National to support our procurement and purchasing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing suppliers, obtaining competitive quotations, coordinating purchase orders, negotiating commercial terms, and ensuring the timely delivery of materials and equipment required for company operations and projects.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day procurement and purchasing activities.
Source, evaluate, and coordinate with suppliers and vendors.
Obtain and compare quotations to ensure competitive pricing.
Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other commercial conditions.
Prepare and process purchase orders and procurement documentation.
Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
Track orders, shipments, and material availability.
Coordinate with warehouse, project, finance, and other departments regarding procurement requirements.
Maintain accurate records of suppliers, quotations, purchase orders, and deliveries.
Support the Procurement Manager/Officer in achieving cost-effective purchasing and uninterrupted operations.

Requirements:

Saudi National.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in procurement/purchasing is preferred.
Good negotiation and communication skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Ability to coordinate with suppliers and internal departments.
Strong follow-up, organization, and time-management skills.
