Good day

We are urgently looking for young Self-Motivated experienced Planning Engineer with a minimum of 5 to 8 years’ Experience in Maintenance Projects for Oil & Gas, Petrochemical Field.

Requirements & Key Responsibilities:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as a Planning Engineer in Maintenance & construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil Maintenance construction processes, materials, and techniques.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules
• Coordinate with project managers and team members to define project scope and objectives
• Monitor project progress and update schedules accordingly
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Prepare and present project reports and updates to stakeholders
• Assist in budgeting and resource allocation decisions
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and adherence to schedules
• Analyse project data to identify trends and improve future project planning
• Collaborate with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
• Use project management software to track and report project timelines
• Develop contingency plans to address delays and disruptions
• Review and approve project plans developed by subcontractors
• Facilitate communication between different project teams

Location: Jubail
Duration: 2 years (minimum contract & Extendable)
Salary: Based on candidate experience
