Laundry Business Development & Operations Supervisor** responsible for finding new locations, setup, and overall supervision.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated **Laundry Business Development & Operations Supervisor** to lead the expansion, setup, and day-to-day supervision of our laundry business.

### Key Responsibilities

- Identify and evaluate suitable **new locations** for laundry branches.
- Conduct market research and assess **customer demand, competition, accessibility, and business potential**.
- Coordinate the complete **new branch setup**, including location selection, layout, equipment, utilities, suppliers, and required approvals.
- Coordinate with landlords, contractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities during the setup process.
- Prepare branch opening plans, budgets, timelines, and operational requirements.
- Supervise installation of laundry equipment and ensure the branch is ready for operation.
- Establish operating procedures and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Supervise branch staff and monitor daily operations, productivity, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales, expenses, profitability, inventory, and operational performance.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales and develop new customer accounts, including **corporate, hotel, restaurant, salon, and other commercial clients**.
- Train and guide staff on operational procedures, customer service, safety, and quality standards.
- Resolve operational issues and ensure smooth overall branch performance.
- Prepare regular reports on branch performance and business development activities.
- Support management in developing and implementing the company’s expansion strategy.

### Requirements

- Previous experience in **laundry, dry cleaning, facility management, retail operations, or a similar service business**.
- Proven experience in **business development, branch setup, or operations supervision**.
- Strong knowledge of location evaluation and business expansion.
- Experience coordinating contractors, suppliers, equipment installation, and branch openings.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple activities simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic business reporting.
- A valid Saudi driving license is preferred.
- Ability to travel between branches and potential new locations when required.
