العربية – المتطلبات:

* شهادة مهنية أو فنية معتمدة في مجال التكييف والتبريد.
* خبرة عملية من 3 إلى 5 سنوات على الأقل في أعمال التكييف، ويفضل في قطاع المقاولات.
* خبرة في تركيب وصيانة وتشغيل أنظمة التكييف المركزي والسبليت.
* إجادة قراءة وفهم مخططات HVAC ومخططات MEP.
* إجادة استخدام برنامج AutoCAD وقراءة المخططات الهندسية.
* خبرة في تنفيذ وتركيب مجاري الهواء (Ducts) وأعمال العزل.
* خبرة في تركيب مواسير النحاس ومواسير تصريف مياه التكثيف.
* معرفة جيدة بأنظمة التبريد والضواغط ووحدات التكييف.
* القدرة على تشخيص الأعطال الميكانيكية والكهربائية لأنظمة التكييف.
* القدرة على إجراء اختبارات التشغيل والضغط والتسريب وشحن غاز التبريد.
* الالتزام بالمواصفات الفنية ومعايير الجودة والسلامة.
* القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق والتنسيق مع مهندسي ومشرفي الموقع.

English – Requirements:

* Technical or vocational certificate in HVAC / Refrigeration.
* Minimum 3–5 years of practical experience in HVAC works, preferably in the construction sector.
* Experience in installation, maintenance, and commissioning of central HVAC and split AC systems.
* Good ability to read and understand HVAC and MEP drawings.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
* Experience in ductwork installation and insulation works.
* Experience in copper piping and condensate drainage systems.
* Good knowledge of refrigeration systems, compressors, and air-conditioning units.
* Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical HVAC faults.
* Ability to perform commissioning, pressure testing, leak testing, and refrigerant charging.
* Commitment to technical specifications, quality standards, and site safety requirements.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team and coordinate with site engineers and supervisors.
