- Check blockwork, plastering, waterproofing, tiling, ceilings, doors, and painting against approved drawings and samples.
- Verify dimensions, alignment, finish quality, and workmanship during site inspections.
- Prepare snag lists, record defects by unit or area, and verify that corrective work is complete.
