Job Advertisement – HR & Manpower Coordinator
We are hiring an HR & Manpower Coordinator with solid experience in manpower supply and recruitment industry.
This role is ideal for someone who understands worker mobilization, recruitment cycles, documentation, and client coordination.

📌 Position: HR & Manpower Coordinator
📍 Location: Saudi Arabia
💰 Salary: 2000–2500 SAR
🍽 Benefits: Food (FAT) will be provided
🎓 Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma (Preferred)
🧪 Experience: Must have experience in manpower & recruitment industry
🛠 Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily manpower requirements for clients and projects

Manage recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and mobilizing candidates

Handle worker documentation: IQAMA, transfer sponsorship, medical, insurance, contracts

Maintain updated manpower database and deployment schedules

Communicate with clients regarding manpower needs, replacements, and follow-ups

Ensure timely mobilization and demobilization of workers

Assist HR department with onboarding, attendance, payroll support, and compliance

Prepare reports on manpower status, recruitment progress, and worker performance

Resolve worker issues, grievances, and ensure smooth operations

Coordinate with agencies, suppliers, and internal teams for manpower arrangements

🎯 Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of manpower supply operations

Experience in recruitment, sourcing, and worker mobilization

Good understanding of Saudi labor laws, IQAMA procedures, and transfer sponsorship

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Strong organizational and reporting skills

Problem-solving attitude and ability to handle worker-related issues

Team player with professional work ethics
