Description

Supervise and monitor day-to-day MEP works at the project site.
Oversee electrical installations including HT, LT, DBs, generators, substations, and electrical systems for multi-storey buildings.
Coordinate MEP activities with the Civil Works team to ensure smooth execution and avoid conflicts or delays.
Supervise departmental labor and monitor productivity and work quality.
Review and interpret MEP drawings, layouts, shop drawings, and specifications.
Coordinate and monitor the execution of HVAC, firefighting, plumbing, water supply, and sewerage works.
Monitor the installation, testing, commissioning, and rectification of MEP systems.
Ensure that all MEP works are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQs, and applicable standards.
Identify site issues, technical discrepancies and coordination conflicts and report them to the concerned management.
Coordinate with MEP contractors, consultants, suppliers, and other project teams as required.
Check the quality and progress of MEP works and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
Review and verify Interim Payment Certificates (IPCs) against actual site progress and contractual requirements.
Maintain records of MEP work progress, inspections, materials, and site activities.
Monitor MEP material requirements and coordinate with relevant departments for timely availability.
Assist in the evaluation and monitoring of MEP contractors once the HVAC and Firefighting contracts are awarded.
Ensure compliance with site safety requirements and relevant MEP standards.
Prepare regular progress updates and highlight critical issues to management.
Perform any other MEP-related duties assigned by the management.
