URGENT REQUIREMENT – MEP BIM Coordinator
CANDIDATE MUST BE CURRENTLY LOCATED IN KSA (SAUDI ARABIA).

Company Description
We, Ghars Al Mazen, are involved in the MEP scope of work for swimming pools, water features, jacuzzis and other water-related works.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead BIM coordination across MEP, Architectural, and Structural disciplines
• Manage clash detection, model reviews, and issue resolution
• Prepare and maintain Task Information Delivery Plan (TIDP)
• Ensure compliance with ISO 19650 standards for information management
• Develop, modify, and manage Revit Family Creation for project-specific requirements
• Maintain BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and enforce project BIM protocols
• Coordinate model submissions, IFC exports, and documentation schedules
• Support BIM automation workflows and improve project efficiency

Key Requirements:
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in MEP BIM coordination, with demonstrated expertise in LOD 300 to LOD 500.
• Strong proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360.
• Proven experience in generating and managing shop drawings, as-built models and COBie files.
• Familiarity with industry standards and best practices for BIM in MEP projects.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
