Description

Responsible for setting up, running, and monitoring machinery that melts PVC resin and shapes it into continuous profiles or sheets.

Calibrating the extruder, selecting the proper dies for the PVC profile, and adjusting temperature zones and screw.

Feeding raw PVC powder or pellets into the hopper and ensuring a smooth, continuous flow into the barrel.

Constantly inspecting the extruded PVC for defects (like wall thickness, diameter, or surface finish) and taking measurements using micrometres or callipers.

Performing routine cleaning and lubrication on the equipment, and clearing blockages or adjusting controls to fix production errors.

3 - 5 years experience in the same field.

Diploma in any Engineering discipline or Manufacturing Technology

 Basic English Language
 Basic Data Gathering and Analysis
 Basic Policies Procedures and Work Method
 Basic Communication

Nationality: Preferably Filipino, Pakistani, Bangladesh, Nepalese.
