Job Responsibilities:

* Preparation of technical plans and drawings and monitoring their implementation on-site.

* Management of workers and supervisors and distribution of daily tasks.

* Coordination with suppliers and monitoring the delivery of materials.

* Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards at work sites.

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering or a related field.

* Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in irrigation systems and agricultural projects.

Experience in project management and field supervision.

* Ability to design irrigation networks and select appropriate equipment.

* Proficiency in AutoCAD and irrigation network design software.

* Excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage a team.

* Previous experience in the Gulf region is preferred.
