Description

We are urgently required a BDO/BDM for our company with 7-10 years of experience in Oil and gas sector and in industrial maintenance.
Roles and responsibilities will be:
1. Business Growth & Strategy
• Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Identify new markets, customer segments, and partnership opportunities.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, and commercial offers.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise the BD team.
2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
• Generate new leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and industry events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to maintain long term relationships.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
3. Sales & Revenue Management
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Prepare sales forecasts, pipelines, and performance reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, HR) to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Monitor sales pipelines, forecasts, and team KPIs.
4. Contracting & Negotiation
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and pricing structures.
5. Cross Functional Collaboration
• Coordinate with operations to ensure service delivery meets client expectations.
• Provide feedback to management on market demands and product/service improvements.
