Team Management and Leadership Assigns daily tasks and makes work schedules for electricians and technicians. Provides technical guidance, training, and performance evaluations. Communicates with project managers, contractors, and clients to keep work on track. Safety and Compliance Enforces safety rules like lock-out/tag-out (LTO) and proper gear use. Inspects job sites to make sure all work meets national and local electrical codes. Resolves hazards and maintains clean, hazard-free work areas. Project and Maintenance Oversight Reads and interprets blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams. Troubleshoots major system failures and directs complex equipment repairs. Plans preventive maintenance to reduce system downtime and equipment wear. Manages inventory, estimates material costs, and handles on-site purchasing.
