Job Title: Senior UPS & Battery Consultant
Location: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Work Arrangement: Full-time, on-site
Experience Required: 15–20 years

Job Purpose

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior UPS & Battery Consultant to provide expert technical guidance for the design, implementation, deployment, and performance management of critical power systems supporting large-scale data center infrastructure.

The consultant must reside in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and maintain a physical presence for 100% of the assignment period.

Key Responsibilities
Provide specialist consultancy services for Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems and battery technologies.
Assess technical requirements and recommend reliable, scalable, and efficient UPS solutions.
Lead the design and implementation of power systems for large-scale data centers and enterprise environments.
Review UPS and battery system designs, technical specifications, calculations, and deployment plans.
Provide expert guidance on AC and DC power systems.
Evaluate UPS capacity, redundancy, availability, efficiency, and battery backup requirements.
Support the selection, installation, testing, commissioning, and integration of UPS and battery systems.
Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance reliability and operational efficiency.
Identify technical risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
Ensure power-system solutions comply with relevant industry standards and project requirements.
Collaborate with electrical, data center, network, operations, and project management teams.
Prepare technical reports, recommendations, and project documentation.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
15–20 years of experience in power-system design and implementation for large enterprises.
Extensive experience with large-scale service providers, oil and gas companies, data centers, or enterprise-wide environments.
Recognized by industry peers as a subject-matter expert in UPS and battery solutions.
In-depth knowledge of UPS systems, battery technologies, and the latest data center power systems.
Strong electrical engineering experience related to data center infrastructure.
Proven experience in UPS and battery-system design, deployment, testing, and commissioning.
Comprehensive knowledge of AC and DC power systems.
Experience with performance-management systems used to monitor complex data center power infrastructure.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, technical reporting, and stakeholder-management skills.
Industry-recognized certifications such as CDCP and CDCS are required or strongly preferred.
Mandatory Requirement

The selected consultant must reside in Saudi Arabia and be physically present in the Kingdom for the entire assignment period.
