βœ… Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
βœ… 10–15 years of experience (5+ years in Saudi Arabia)
βœ… Saudi or Levantine candidates preferred
βœ… Hands-on project execution experience, not supervision alone
βœ… Proven experience managing time, cost, quality, and contractors
βœ… Practical knowledge of payment certificates, VOs, claims, and EOTs
βœ… Strong leadership and communication with clients, consultants, and teams
βœ… Transferable Iqama and ability to join within the specified timeframe

πŸ’Ό Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and monitor the project execution plan, schedule, and budget
Lead the project team, assign tasks, and resolve issues between teams
Monitor subcontractors, productivity, quality, safety, and contract closeout
Follow up on approvals for materials, drawings, samples, inspection requests, and handovers
Manage variation orders (VOs), extensions of time (EOTs), claims, payment certificates, and collections
Track non-conformance reports (NCRs) and rework, and close snag and punch lists
Lead meetings and communicate professionally with the client and consultant
Prepare periodic reports, close the project, and hand over final documentation
