JOB VACANCY – AUTOMOBILE MECHANIC SUPERVISOR

Position: Automobile Mechanic Supervisor
Experience: Minimum 5 Years
Nationality: Any Nationality
Location: Saudi Arabia

Job Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of proven experience as an Automobile Mechanic / Mechanic Supervisor.
- Must have strong hands-on experience in automobile and vehicle mechanical maintenance.
- Experience with light and heavy vehicles, including trucks, buses, pickups, vans, and commercial vehicles.
- Strong knowledge of engine, transmission, clutch, brakes, suspension, steering, differential, and drivetrain systems.
- Knowledge of vehicle electrical systems, battery, starting/charging systems, and AC systems.
- Ability to diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and identify the required repairs.
- Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, inspection, and repair.
- Ability to supervise and guide mechanics, technicians, and workshop staff.
- Experience in workshop operations, repair planning, maintenance scheduling, and job allocation.
- Knowledge of spare parts identification, requisition, and workshop inventory coordination.
- Ability to inspect completed repair work and ensure vehicles are in safe and proper working condition.
- Able to handle maintenance requirements for multiple vehicles and prioritize urgent repairs.
- Must be able to maintain maintenance records, service reports, repair history, and inspection documents.
- Relevant work experience must be clearly documented in the official experience records.
- GCC/Saudi Arabia experience will be an advantage.
