We are seeking an ambitious HVAC Sales Engineer to lead business development activities across the Central Region of Saudi Arabia and play a key role in expanding our market presence. Offering HVAC Maintenance Services, HVAC installation & Replacement projects and Spare Parts. Targeting Industrial, Commercial and Residential applications.
What You'll Do
🎯 Drive Business Growth
Develop new customers and establish strong, long-term relationships.
Maintain and grow existing accounts to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue.
Identify new business opportunities and convert prospects into loyal customers.
📈 Generate & Secure Sales
Prepare technical and commercial quotations.
Follow up proactively with clients to convert quotations into confirmed orders.
Negotiate and close projects while ensuring profitability targets are achieved.
🔍 Build a Strong Pipeline
Conduct market research and continuously identify new leads.
Track market trends, competitors, and upcoming projects.
Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline to support sustainable business growth.

What We're Looking For
✅ 3-5 years of HVAC projects sales experience in Saudi Arabia
✅ Previous experience in HVAC Aftermarket Services Sales.
✅ Strong network within the HVAC industry and demonstrated sales achievements, will be added value.
✅ Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or Previous experience in the HVAC services Field.
✅ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
✅ Self-motivated, results-oriented, and passionate about business development
