Electrical Engineer – Immediate Requirement

📍 Location: Makkah, Saudi Arabia
🎯 Interview: In-person interview in Makkah
⏱️ Availability: Immediate / Short Notice

We are looking for a highly experienced and competent Electrical Engineer / Electrical Project Lead to lead and manage the complete electrical scope of a major project in Makkah.

Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of proven experience in Saudi Arabia.
Strong experience in large-scale construction, infrastructure, or mega projects.
Proven ability to lead and manage a complete electrical project and team.
Strong technical knowledge of electrical installation, testing, commissioning, and project execution.
Excellent knowledge of electrical terminology, standards, specifications, drawings, and technical requirements.
Strong knowledge of project budgeting, BOQ, cost control, variations, quantities, and resource planning.
Experience coordinating with Consultants, Clients, Main Contractors, and Subcontractors.
Previous experience attending Consultant interviews, technical meetings, inspections, approvals, and project handover.
Ability to manage Engineers, Supervisors, Foremen, Technicians, and the complete electrical workforce.

Strong knowledge of QA/QC, HSE, project planning, progress monitoring, and documentation.
Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Fluent in both Arabic and English – Mandatory.
Candidates with strong Saudi mega-project experience will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
Take overall responsibility for the electrical scope from project commencement through completion and handover.
Lead and manage the complete electrical engineering and site team.
Prepare and monitor project budgets, BOQ, resources, procurement requirements, and cost control.
Review drawings, specifications, material submittals, method statements, and technical documentation.
Coordinate with Consultants and Clients for inspections, approvals, technical clarifications, and handover.
Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with the approved schedule.
Manage testing, commissioning, final inspections, snagging, and project handover.
Identify technical and commercial issues and ensure timely resolution.
Ensure all electrical works comply with project specifications, applicable standards, QA/QC procedures, and HSE requirements.
