Description

A contracting company in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join its team.

Requirements:

-Minimum 6 years of experience in the contracting/construction sector.
-Strong experience in quantity take-off and preparation/review of Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
-Proven experience in billing, monthly invoicing, and preparation/follow-up of payment applications.
-Preparation and review of client and subcontractor payment certificates.
-Experience in quantity take-off for civil, architectural, and finishing works.
-Ability to review drawings and technical specifications and accurately calculate executed quantities.
-Experience in preparing and reviewing Variation Orders (VOs).
-Ability to monitor project quantities and costs and verify them against actual executed works.
-Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and related software
