A reputable Electrical Company in Dammam, KSA, looking for talented QC INSPECTORS

Main Roles :

1. Project Quality Management
The Senior Electrical QA/QC Engineer shall be responsible for implementing and monitoring the project quality requirements as per client specifications, approved ITPs, project drawings, method statements, and international standards.
2. Review and verify electrical project documents including:
Prepare, review and implement the Project Quality Plan, electrical ITPs, checklists and quality-control procedures.
Review IFC drawings, project specifications, scope of work, method statements and approved material submittals.
Coordinate with Saudi Aramco representatives, Project Management Team and other potential end client, consultants and subcontractors.
• Method statements
• Inspection and Test Plans
• Quality Control Procedures
• Material Approval Requests
• Technical submittals.
3. Inspection & Quality Control Activities
Carry out and coordinate inspections for electrical installation works including:
• MV/LV switchgear installation
• UPS, battery charger, and DC systems
• Transformers and power distribution equipment
• Testing and Commissioning Quality Control
• Cable tray, ladder tray, and conduit installation
• Power and control cable pulling
• Cable glanding and termination
• Earthing and grounding systems
• Lighting and small power system

4. NCR, CAR & Quality Issue Management, Documentation and Reporting, Coordination and Site Responsibilities
NCR – Non-Conformance Report
CAR – Corrective Action Request
Preventive action reports
Site observation reports

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 6 to 7 years of electrical QA/QC experience in oil and gas, petrochemical, power or industrial projects.
