Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Laser Surveyor with hands-on expertise in Hilti surveying and layout equipment, including Hilti Total Stations and laser measurement systems, for a construction project near Madinah, KSA. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out precise surveying, setting out works, verifying project coordinates, and ensuring all construction activities comply with approved drawings and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct land, construction, and engineering surveys using Hilti Total Stations, Laser Layout Systems, and related surveying instruments.
• Perform accurate setting-out of structural, architectural, MEP, and infrastructure works.
• Establish and verify survey control points, benchmarks, and project coordinates.
• Prepare survey reports, field notes, and as-built survey documentation.
• Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and subcontractors regarding survey requirements.
• Verify dimensions, elevations, alignments, and locations according to approved drawings.
• Monitor construction progress and provide survey support throughout project execution.
• Ensure calibration and proper maintenance of surveying equipment.
• Identify and report discrepancies between site conditions and design drawings.
• Comply with project quality, health, safety, and environmental requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Surveying Engineering, Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Surveyor in construction projects.
• Proven experience operating Hilti Total Stations, Hilti Layout Systems, laser scanners, and related survey equipment.
• Strong knowledge of construction surveying principles, coordinate systems, and site layout procedures.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, survey data processing software, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Experience in building, infrastructure, or industrial projects in GCC countries is preferred.
• Valid driving license is an advantage.
