✅ Eligibility Criteria
- Skilled in TIG &MIG (Stainless Steel – SS)
- Must understand and speak basic English
- Ability to communicate and respond clearly
- Age Limit: Below 40 years
🎯 Selection Process
1. Submit Updated CV
2. Submit 30–40 minutes Welding Video, including:
- Root Pass Welding
- Final Pass Welding
- Clear visibility of candidate’s face during welding (mandatory verification)
3. Basic Interview (questions on welding experience & background)
📄 After Selection
- Offer Letter & required documents issued
- Visa process initiated within 1 week
- Embassy appointment within 2 weeks
- Attend biometric & interview
✈️ Benefits & Salary
- Salary: €15 – € per hour
- Payment: Every 15 days
- Accommodation + car (approx. €260/month deduction)
- Food: Self-arranged (~€200/month)
