Description

We are seeking experienced Valve / Mechanical Technicians with strong hands-on expertise in valve maintenance, mechanical systems, and skid-related activities. The ideal candidates must be safety-focused and capable of independently performing inspection, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform valve stroke testing and actuator functionality checks
• Demonstrate strong skid knowledge and mechanical system understanding
• Conduct torque checks, leak inspections, and strainer cleaning
• Maintain and service Control Valves and Motor Operated Valves (MOVs)
• Carry out installation, repair, and replacement of gaskets and seals
• Ensure proper isolation, depressurization, and LOTO procedures before maintenance
• Record valve test results and accurately document mechanical findings
• Use torque wrenches, air regulator kits, and standard hand tools safely and effectively
• Follow approved maintenance procedures, safety requirements, and site standards

Requirements:

Minimum 5+ years of experience in valve/mechanical maintenance
Hands-on experience with control valves and MOVs preferred
Strong knowledge of safety procedures including isolation and LOTO
Ability to read and understand technical drawings and maintenance procedures

Critical Competency:

Candidates must be able to clearly explain safe valve isolation and stroke testing procedures
Aramco-approved candidates preferred
Iqama must be transferable
Immediate joining required
