Title: Urgent Requirement: Certified Intumescent & Fire-Rated Paint Technicians / Applicators

About the Role:
We are looking for experienced and certified Intumescent & Fire-Rated Paint Applicators to join our team for structural steel fireproofing projects. The ideal candidates must have hands-on expertise in passive fire protection (PFP) systems and precise coating applications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Apply intumescent and fire-retardant coatings on structural steel members.
- Operate and maintain high-pressure airless spray pumps and specialized application tools.
- Monitor and measure Dry Film Thickness (DFT) and Wet Film Thickness (WFT) using proper gauges to meet project specifications.
- Ensure compliance with Civil Defense guidelines, safety standards (HSE), and relevant international fire standards (e.g., UL, BS, NFPA).

Requirements & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Intumescent Paint Applicator / Fireproofing Specialist.
- Hands-on technical knowledge of leading coating brands (e.g., Jotun, Hempel, PPG, Sherwin-Williams, Sika).
- Manufacturer certification or third-party applicator training is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of surface preparation standards (e.g., Sa 2.5 blast cleaning, priming).
