Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified HSE Advisor to support health, safety, and environmental compliance for ongoing maintenance project. The role includes random site visits, training delivery, client interaction, documentation control, and enforcement of company HSE policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct random site visits to verify compliance and identify hazards in maintenance activities.
Prepare and review Risk Assessments and PTW documentation relevant to maintenance work.
Enforce company HSE policies, procedures, and standards across all maintenance activities.
Implement and promote Behavior‑Based Safety (BBS) and support positive safety culture development.
Monitor fatigue risks and ensure appropriate controls.
Deliver HSE training, toolbox talks, inductions, and refresher sessions for maintenance teams.
Lead incident and near‑miss investigations and ensure CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Actions) are completed.
Maintain accurate HSE documentation including inspection reports, training records, incident logs, and compliance files.
Communicate professionally with clients during audits, inspections, and HSE meetings.
Support emergency preparedness, drills, and response coordination.
Promote safe behaviours through coaching, engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of HSE experience, preferably in maintenance or industrial operations.
NEBOSH IGC and recognised HSE qualification.
Strong understanding of PTW systems, risk management, and maintenance safety requirements.
Experience in Behavior‑Based Safety and fatigue management programs.
Strong communication skills and ability to interact confidently with clients and teams.
Ability to travel occasionally for site visits and work independently.
