Position Title: Electrical Draftsman (AutoCAD & Revit)
Location: Dammam or Khobar ONLY (Must be currently residing)
Availability: Immediate Joiner
Iqama Status: Transferable Iqama is a MUST (Mandatory)
Nationality Preference: Indian or Pakistani

1. Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Electrical Draftsman / BIM Modeler proficient in AutoCAD and Revit. The candidate will be responsible for producing accurate 2D electrical shop drawings, 3D Revit models, single line diagrams (SLDs), containment layouts, lighting/power plans, and low current system models (FA, CCTV, Data). The role requires strong coordination skills to align electrical services with architectural, structural, and mechanical disciplines.
2. Key Responsibilities & Duties
• Prepare comprehensive AutoCAD shop drawings and 3D Revit models for Electrical Low Voltage (LV) lighting, power, cable trays, and containment systems.
• Develop detailed drawings for Low Current systems including Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control, Public Address, Data/Telecom, and BMS.
• Generate and update Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), panel board schedules, and load schedules.
• Perform clash detection and spatial coordination with Mechanical and Civil/Structural elements using Revit and Navisworks.
• Prepare material take-offs (BOQ), conduit run schedules, and installation detail drawings.
• Incorporate consultant review comments, site redline markups, and constructability adjustments efficiently.
• Produce final accurate As-Built drawings for client handover in accordance with SEC (Saudi Electricity Company) and project standards.
3. Required Qualifications & Technical Skills
• Education: Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering / Drafting.
• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Electrical drafting and BIM modeling for commercial, residential, or industrial projects in KSA/GCC.
• Software Mastery: Expert skills in AutoCAD, Revit Electrical/MEP, Navisworks, and Microsoft Office.
• Technical Knowledge: Clear understanding of cable tray sizing, containment routing, single line diagrams, and lighting/power layout standards.
• Language: Proficient in English (communication and technical writing).
4. Mandatory Hiring Criteria
• Location Requirement: Must be CURRENTLY residing in Dammam or Khobar ONLY.
• Iqama Status: Valid and TRANSFERABLE Iqama is an absolute MANDATORY condition.
• Availability: Must be ready for IMMEDIATE joining / transfer.
• Nationality: Indian or Pakistani national.
• Quantity Required: 1 Position.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR APPLICANTS:
Only candidates who are currently residing in Dammam or Khobar, holding a valid transferable Iqama, available to join immediately, and meet the nationality preference (Indian / Pakistani) will be considered.
