*Job Title: Mechanical Technician*
*Reports to:* Maintenance Manager / Engineering Manager
*Location:* Industrial City at Kharj
*Job Type:* Full-time

*Job Summary*
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Technician to join our maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of mechanical systems and equipment in an industrial setting, with a particular emphasis on *overhead cranes, concrete production machines, and other industrial machinery*.

*Key Responsibilities*
1. *Mechanical Maintenance*: Perform routine and emergency maintenance on mechanical systems, including overhead cranes, concrete production machines, and other industrial equipment.
2. *Troubleshooting*: Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues efficiently to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
3. *Installation and Upgrades*: Install new mechanical systems and equipment, and upgrade existing systems as needed.
4. *Safety Compliance*: Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety standards and regulations to protect personnel and equipment.
5. *Documentation*: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment inspections.
6. *Team Collaboration*: Work closely with other maintenance team members and production staff to ensure seamless operations and address any mechanical issues promptly.

*Required Skills and Qualifications*
- *Experience*: Minimum 5 years of industrial experience as a Mechanical Technician, with a focus on overhead cranes, concrete production machines, and other industrial machinery preferred.
- *Technical Knowledge*: Strong understanding of mechanical systems, including pumps, motors, gearboxes, and hydraulic systems.
- *Troubleshooting Skills*: Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex mechanical issues efficiently.
- *Certifications*: Relevant certifications or licenses in mechanical work are preferred.
- *Physical Fitness*: Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including climbing, lifting, and working at heights.

*Preferred Qualifications*
- *Overhead Cranes*: Experience with the installation, maintenance, and repair of overhead cranes and hoisting equipment.
- *Concrete Production Machines*: Knowledge of mechanical systems and controls used in concrete production, including mixers, conveyors, and batching systems.
- *Hydraulic Systems*: Familiarity with hydraulic systems and experience with troubleshooting and maintenance.
- *Preventive Maintenance*: Experience with implementing and managing preventive maintenance programs for mechanical systems.
