🚨 🚨 We are hiring! Multi-Skilled Technician – Facilities Management (KSA)

Are you a skilled and experienced professional in electrical, plumbing, and mechanical maintenance?

At GMG, we are looking for a talented Multi-Skilled Technician who will be able to ensure operational excellence across our extensive portfolio of 120+ retail stores, warehouses, and office buildings.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Accurate PPM Implementation:
Efficiently operate and maintain electrical panels, plumbing systems, civil maintenance, and other facility equipment.
✅ Ensuring Reliability:
Achieving "0 Reactive Maintenance" through the execution of high-quality PPM.
✅ Technical Proficiency:
Demonstrating full competence in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing various building facility issues.
✅ Compliance & Reporting:
Preparing and maintaining accurate and standardized documentation (checklists and signatures) for maintenance verification and audits.
✅ Efficiency & Cost Reduction:
Reducing operational costs through improved maintenance efficiency and the implementation of sustainable initiatives.

🎯 Requirements & Conditions:
✔ Proven working experience in commercial facility maintenance.
✔ Ability to manage maintenance across multiple sites in an integrated manner.
✔ Relevant technical/vocational degree or equivalent practical experience.
✔ Transferable Iqama and a valid driving license are mandatory (for KSA-based candidates).
