Estimation, Procurement & Business Development Engineer (Oil & Gas / EPC)

Location: Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and commercial quotations.
- Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Perform material take-off and cost analysis.
- Source materials and negotiate with suppliers.
- Identify RFQs and tender opportunities.
- Prepare and submit tender and quotation documents.
- Register the company with EPC contractors and vendor portals.
- Build relationships with clients, procurement teams, and suppliers.
- Follow up on submitted quotations and tenders.
- Maintain supplier, client, and tender databases.
- Coordinate with management to support project execution and business growth.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Saudi Arabia.
- Experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, Industrial Construction, or related projects.
- Strong knowledge of Estimation, Procurement, Tendering, and Business Development.
- Experience in BOQ preparation, material take-off, RFQs, and supplier negotiations.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Valid Saudi driving license is preferred.
- Transferable Iqama is preferred.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in projects involving Saudi Aramco, JGC, Samsung E&A, Petrofac, Tecnicas Reunidas, L&T, Hyundai Engineering, NESMA, RTCC, or other EPC contractors will be given preference.
