Job Opening: Project Manager (Substation & Power Sector)
Location: Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia

Employment Type: Full-time

Availability: Immediate Joiners Only (Transferable Iqama / Immediate Availability)

🚨 Mandatory Screening Criteria
(Please apply ONLY if you meet all four mandatory requirements below):

SEC & Aramco Experience: Proven track record of managing projects with Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) and Saudi Aramco.

PDC Approval: Active Project Manager approval / certification from PDC.

Immediate Availability: Candidate must be ready to join immediately.

Location: Must be willing/able to be based in or relocate to the Eastern Province.

Key Responsibilities & Required Expertise:
Substation Construction & Systems:

Substation (S/S) Construction (HV 132kV / MV 33kV & 13.8kV).

Substation Automation Systems (SAS) & Protection Systems (HV 132kV / MV 33kV & 13.8kV).

SCADA System Integration & Communication protocols.

Installation and commissioning of Relay, Control, and Metering Panels.

Testing, Commissioning & Cable Works:

CT/VT Transformer Testing, Protection Coordination, and Setting Calculations.

Complete execution of Ring Main Units (RMUs - Normal & Smart) 13.8kV / 33kV.

Full scope management for HV/MV Underground (UG) cable works.

Project Execution & Quality Assurance:

End-to-end Project Execution, Site Management, and Client Full Coordination.

Direct hands-on management of FAT/SAT, ITPs, NCRs, RFIs, and IRs.

Full awareness and strict implementation of QA/QC standards.

Comprehensive Design Reviews and As-Built Drawing verifications.

Ensuring total Safety Compliance and standard reporting.

Candidate Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).

Certifications: PMP certification is a strong plus.

Skills: Excellent leadership, client communication, site safety management, and technical troubleshooting abilities.
