Key Responsibilities

* Prepare high-quality shawarma and burgers
* Handle food preparation, including cutting, marinating, grilling, sauce preparation, and wrapping
* Manage multiple customer orders efficiently during busy hours
* Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic kitchen
* Monitor inventory and report low stock levels
* Follow all food safety and hygiene standards

Requirements

* 2–5 years of experience preparing shawarma and burgers
* Strong knowledge of meat and chicken preparation, marinades, and sauces
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple orders
* Team player with a positive attitude and good work ethic
