Job Summary

Actron Global is seeking an experienced Scaffolding Supervisor for an Offshore Oil & Gas project. The ideal candidate will have proven experience supervising scaffolding activities while ensuring full compliance with Saudi Aramco standards, offshore safety regulations, and project requirements.

Key Requirements

Diploma or Technical qualification in a relevant discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scaffolding Supervisor in Offshore Oil & Gas or EPC projects.
Saudi Aramco Offshore project experience is mandatory.
Valid Scaffolding Supervisor Certification (CISRS, SAIA, or equivalent) is preferred.
Strong knowledge of scaffolding erection, modification, dismantling, inspection, and tagging procedures.
Good understanding of Saudi Aramco standards, Permit to Work (PTW), and HSE requirements.
Strong leadership and communication skills.

Immediate availability is preferred.
Mandatory Offshore Certifications/Documents
Valid BOSIET Certificate
Valid H₂S Certification
Valid Offshore Medical Certificate

Key Responsibilities
Supervise scaffolding erection, alteration, dismantling, and maintenance activities in accordance with approved procedures.
Ensure all scaffolding works comply with Saudi Aramco standards, project specifications, and offshore HSE requirements.
Conduct daily scaffold inspections and ensure scaffolds are properly tagged before use.
Coordinate with Construction, QA/QC, and HSE teams to support safe and efficient project execution.
Monitor scaffold crew performance, productivity, and compliance with safety procedures.
Conduct toolbox talks and ensure strict adherence to Permit to Work (PTW) requirements.
Maintain scaffold inspection records, daily reports, and related documentation.
Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all offshore safety regulations.
