FEMALE ACCOUNTANT REQUIRED – NEW DATES & SWEETS FACTORY MADINAH

Hala Al Dallah Dates & Sweets Factory, a newly established manufacturing company in Madinah, is looking for a motivated and responsible Female Accountant to join our team.

We are preparing to start our local and international export operations, and the selected candidate will have an important role in establishing and managing our accounting and finance operations from the beginning.

Responsibilities

- Daily bookkeeping and accounting entries
- Accounts payable & receivable
- Purchase and sales accounting
- Inventory and stock reconciliation
- Product costing and expense control
- Bank reconciliation
- Cash-flow monitoring
- VAT documentation and compliance support
- Monthly financial statements and management reports
- Export-related financial documentation
- Coordination with auditors, suppliers and customers
- Maintaining proper financial records for manufacturing and export operations

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or related field
- Previous accounting experience
- Saudi Arabia experience preferred
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Experience with accounting software / ERP
- Knowledge of Saudi VAT and accounting procedures
- Good English communication skills
- Manufacturing, trading or export experience will be an advantage
- Female candidates currently available in Saudi Arabia are preferred
- Immediate joiners are welcome
