Job Vacancy – Senior Civil Foreman / Civil Supervisor (Saudi Arabia)

We are a newly established General Contracting Company in Saudi Arabia looking for experienced Senior Civil Foremen and Senior Civil Supervisors to join our growing team.

Requirements:

- Minimum 7–8 years of experience (9–10 years preferred).
- Mandatory Gulf/Saudi Arabia experience.
- Proven experience in Saudi Aramco, SABIC, Royal Commission, NEOM, Red Sea Project, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical Plants, Industrial Plants, Infrastructure Projects, Commercial & Residential Buildings, Roads & Highways, Bridges, Utilities, and Large-Scale Civil Construction Projects.
- Strong expertise in earthworks, excavation, backfilling, grading, foundations, concrete works, structural works, steel structures, roads, drainage systems, stormwater networks, sewerage systems, water supply networks, underground utilities, paving, kerbstone, interlock, block work, plastering, finishing works, and infrastructure development.
- Experience in manpower supervision, subcontractor coordination, daily site activities, construction planning, reading drawings, QA/QC coordination, HSE compliance, progress monitoring, and reporting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Valid GCC/Saudi driving license is preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

Initially, the selected candidate will accompany our management team on client meetings and project site visits across Saudi Arabia. Once projects are successfully awarded to our company, the candidate will be appointed as a full-time Civil Foreman or Civil Supervisor with a competitive salary and long-term career opportunities.
