Description

Technical Sales Engineers
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Technical Sales Engineer role based in major Saudi cities like Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Madina, Jizan etc. The Technical Sales Engineer will engage with clients to understand cooling and HVAC requirements, prepare technical proposals, and recommend appropriate solutions across domestic and industrial applications. Daily responsibilities include conducting site visits, providing technical demonstrations, coordinating with the service and maintenance teams, and supporting installation projects from a sales and technical perspective. The role involves managing the sales cycle, responding to technical inquiries, delivering product presentations, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The Technical Sales Engineer will also assist with troubleshooting, offer post-sales technical support, and contribute to continuous improvement of service offerings.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Technical Sales and Sales skills to manage opportunities, negotiate contracts, and meet revenue targets.
Candidates should possess solid Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills to translate technical requirements into solutions and support customers before and after installation.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with clients, internal teams, and maintenance personnel.
Relevant experience in cooling systems, HVAC, or industrial refrigeration, including installation, service, or maintenance, is highly beneficial.
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
Ability to work on-site at customer locations including occasional field visits, and to collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
Strong problem-solving skills, customer-focused mindset, and proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, CRM tools) are advantageous.
