About the Company

We are a growing catering and events company specializing in corporate events, VIP hospitality, embassy events, weddings, private functions, government events, and outdoor catering. We are looking for energetic, customer-focused sales professionals to join our team and help expand our client base.

Job Summary

The Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, preparing catering proposals, and achieving monthly sales targets. The successful candidate will represent the company professionally while delivering excellent customer service from the initial inquiry through event execution.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new catering and event business through direct sales, networking, referrals, and client visits.
Identify potential customers including:
- Corporate companies
-Government entities
-Embassies
-Hotels
-Schools and universities
-Event organizers
-Wedding planners
-Private clients
Meet with clients to understand their catering and event requirements.
Prepare quotations, proposals, menus, and event packages.
Coordinate with the operations and kitchen teams to ensure smooth event execution.
Follow up on quotations and negotiate contracts.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and encourage repeat business.
Conduct regular outdoor sales visits.
Attend exhibitions, networking events, and business meetings to promote company services.
Update customer information and sales activities in the CRM or sales database.
Monitor competitors and market trends.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Prepare weekly sales reports for management.

Required Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
-Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience in catering, hospitality, hotels, restaurants, or event management.
-Valid Saudi driving license (preferred).
-Experience in B2B sales is highly desirable.
-Knowledge of the Saudi catering and events market is an advantage.

Required Skills:

-Ability to work independently and under pressure.
-Good planning and organizational skills.
-Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
-Experience using CRM software is an advantage.
-Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Language Requirements
-Fluent in English (required).
-Arabic language skills are highly preferred.
-Additional languages are an advantage.
