We're Hiring Payroll Coordinator

đź“Ť Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Payroll Coordinator to join our HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing while maintaining compliance with Saudi labor regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and verify monthly payroll inputs, including attendance, overtime, leave, bonuses, commissions, and deductions.
Coordinate monthly payroll processing with HR and Finance teams.
Maintain accurate employee payroll records within the HRIS.
Process payroll-related changes such as new hires, salary adjustments, promotions, transfers, terminations, and final settlements.
Review attendance records and resolve discrepancies with department managers.
Ensure payroll compliance with Saudi Labor Law, GOSI regulations, Wage Protection System (WPS), and company policies.
Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve payroll-related issues.
Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and support internal and external audits.
Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and support HRIS enhancements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in payroll administration.
Experience using HRIS and Payroll Systems.
Experience handling multi-site payroll is preferred.
Required Knowledge & Skills
Payroll principles and best practices.
Saudi Labor Law.
GOSI regulations.
Wage Protection System (WPS).
Attendance and leave management.
Advanced Microsoft Excel.
HRIS and Payroll Software.
