Job Purpose

To oversee and manage all the hotel's online monitoring platforms, significantly increasing occupancy rates and maximizing the hotel's digital presence. This includes updating details and availability information in line with the hotel's strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Manage Online Monitoring Platforms

• Manage hotel accounts on Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, Airbnb, and other monitoring platforms.

• Regularly update rates, offers, and promotional packages.


• Ensure consistency of room and rate information across all platforms.

Manage Reservations

• Track new bookings, modifications, and cancellations.

• Coordinate with the emergency department and maintain accurate reservation data.
